Financing Questions?

No surprises here. We answer your financing questions.

If you still have questions, please contact us! We’ve answered some of our most commonly asked orthodontic questions below.

Will my dental insurance cover braces?

Insurance coverage varies depending on your plan. In most cases, you can contact your insurance provider to learn about what is covered or not covered.

Is there an additional charge for retainers?

No. Your treatment fee will include any retainers that are needed to hold your teeth in their new position. It will also include all of your follow-up visits for the first year. After two years, there is a minimal charge to repair a broken retainer.

However, if retainers are lost or broken, there is a fee to replace your retainer set.

Is there a family discount?

Yes. We know you will be so happy with your smile that you will want your family members to have one too. For each additional family member, we will provide a discount.

What about free retainer checks?

Yes. The price you pay for your orthodontic treatment will cover your typical treatments. But we know that you sometimes need that extra appointment. So we work alongside you to develop a plan that includes free retainer checks for up to a year.

What about financing?

Some of our patients choose to pay in full for orthodontic treatment and can receive a cash (6%) or credit card (5%) discount. However, most patients choose to finance their orthodontic treatment over the course of several months or even years.

Do clear braces cost more than traditional braces?

Slightly. There is a very small, $150 material fee for using clear braces over our advanced metal braces.

Can I use my Flexible Spending Account (FSA)?

Orthodontic treatment almost always qualifies for FSA reimbursement. Please contact your employer or FSA provider to find out if are eligible on your specific plan. We can provide you with any receipts or paperwork that is required from your FSA provider.

Are there any other hidden costs or fees?

The price you pay for your orthodontic treatment covers everything we do to complete your treatment. It even covers your retainer adjustments for a year after your treatment is complete.

If there are six or more incidents where the patients causes damage or bracket failure, there  (stop chewing on rocks!)
